Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that sometimes tracking information may not be immediately available and can take 1–3 business days to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us at support@louuv.com for assistance.

LOST PACKAGES 

Louuv is not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address. Please double-check that your billing and shipping details are accurate before confirming your purchase. If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no cost to you
