Refund policy
Return Period
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If you are not satisfied, do not see the results you want, or did not receive your item, we will refund you after receiving the item back—no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, and items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our UK or Australia warehouses, and items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To initiate a return, contact us at support@louuv.com and we will guide you through the process. Shipping costs and shipping protection are non-refundable and apply to cancelled, refunded, or returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items:
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As we strive to provide high-quality laundry shoe bags that protect your shoes and we'll make sure you get what you paid for.
Undelivered Packages:
We are not responsible for undelivered packages if a contact phone number was not provided, if an incorrect address was entered, or if delivery was attempted but could not be completed. Any claims regarding non‑delivery must include written proof from the carrier explaining why delivery was unsuccessful. Without this documentation, we cannot reship or issue a refund. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Orders can only be modified within the first hour after placement; after that, changes are no longer possible. One-time orders can also be cancelled within the first hour of placement.
European Union Customers:
For customers in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, which is different from our standard 60-day guarantee. During this period, you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Approved returns may be tried once but must be returned clean, undamaged, and in perfect condition to qualify for a refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@louuv.com
